good place, too much BUREAUCRACY

Apartment was nice, The problem that I have is with the office workers. They strive on power over you and shoot any idea down if it's not complient with "thier rules". They become your best friend when they need you, but as soon as the situation changes it hard to deal with them. The typical responce is "talk to my manager, but s/he not here". It's hard to find the person responsible for making decision, so most likely your issue will never be solved.
