Good luck whoever rented the apt on 2nd floor - building 5..

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
This is to whoever rented out the 2nd FLR apartment in Building 5 for the month of August.. WITHOUT even visiting the place, I wish you good luck. Here's what to expect:
* Your rent to be jacked up in a year, because the Americana right now has low vacancy rates, and will ALWAYS jack up the rent if vacancy is less than 4%, which it currently is right now.
* A very NOISY place. Do you like loud sounds of some heavy-footed shoe-wearing guy upstairs' All day' How about your own alarm clock at 7:30am EVERY morning, whether you want it on or not, because the neighbor upstairs is always heavy footed.
* Construction going off in the AM from Monday through Friday if the upstairs neighbor doesn't get to you first.
* The walls aren't very insulated but you'll find that out on your own...
All yours for $1400 a month. Good luck.
