Some one on 08/02/05 review mentioned that the American management is above average. I would like to know your average. I moved out two weeks ago. Last week I got my deposit back. And you know what' The above average management charged me for cleaning of the drapes, what I never had in my apartment. I moved into remodeled apartment and the monthly rent is $100 over the standard price. So I already had paid for convenience. Then they charged me for cleaning of the apartment. ( I dont mean carpet) The apartment was in perfect condition when I moved out and when I called them back to go over the charges they could not specify what did they clean' So now they are going to send me the difference' By the way, when I just started explain my questions to the manager she was ready to reimburse ASAP, as I felt she might have this type of conversation all day long. Can you imaging how many ex-residents call them to dispute the charges'
So Mr./Ms Psychiatrist what would you said about above average management or your personality of analyzing residents opinions and reviews. Did anyone pay you for this'

Your analysis is simple also: An individual that has terrible grammar and can't put together a coherent thought. Yes, I'm being paid for this. I make my living by trolling apartment rating websites and commenting when someone is really mean. It's a booming market...really.
