I Just barely moved in and realized this is my worst community i WOULD ever lived in. These Management Have no sense what they are doing. ZERO CUSTOMER SKILLS. ARROGANT AT ITS BEST !!! RIGHT FROM THE PERSON WHO PICKS PHONE CALLS TO THE MANAGER. I CANT BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE ARE STILL LIVING HERE.

Actually I'm responding to the User Response above, not to the original post. You are clearly a member of the management staff, and you have proved the original poster right. Probably s/he isn't a native speaker of English, so perhaps his/her grammar isn't perfect. But to call him/her a loser because of this simply proves that you are as rude, arrogant, customer-unfriendly, etc., as he/she said. It's very sad. I, too, have lived in this community for years, like many of the other posters here. I used to love it and recommended it to everyone. The new management is so appalling that I, too, will be leaving. I also plan to take them to court and will consider filing a class action suit, if they refuse to return my security deposit. I would encourage the management to look into what happened to the Avalon Bay property management company: a class action suit because they made a practice of illegally withholding security deposits and charging former tenants for cleanups that are legally their own responsibliity.
