worst thing to happen to this once nice place is the management team. They are indiffent to the problems and complaints and have double standards. Seems they can be nicer to some folks and nasty to others.
They evade responsibility and play "God"
So if you need something fixed even if it is the responsibility of the property, you need to cater to the managements ego.
Moved to new apartment (thanks to these review sites) and found a nicer rental apartment. Oh and Rebecca please don't pretent to be a resident and call us whiners.

Where did you go? Is it somewhere nearby? I like the area but I'd like to get out of here. P.S. I have to disagree about Rebecca. She is the only nice person on the staff that I have met. And the only competent one, too.
