Management probably the worst aspect of this once fine rental apartment. The morale of the staff is low and so they don't care, the manager newly appointed is incompetent and rude. Witness recent holidays the facilities was locked on the day most people want to use it, the staff took the day off and locked the facilities! Ridiculous! Security poor and recently storage in garage were violated again!
Lots of new rules but apparently it is randomly enforceds and only against minorities, really poor place to live.
Moving out the moment lease is up (in two months thank God).
