This place was a steal when I moved in here, but the price keeps rising (each time I sign a new lease, the rental rate goes up $50 - $100 per month).
Plus, it's not worth it for the price anymore. The exercise facility which they boast is the biggest offered by any apartment community usually only has one or two machines that are fully functional at any one time. I can hear my upstairs tenants all the time and cooking fumes from other residents often permeate into my own apartment. The management is also slow and unresponsive (unless they are trying to get money from you of course). Management staff changes frequently, so this only complicates things.
I have remained here mainly because of the hassle of moving, but I really don't think the place is worth the price. I do like my apartment and the location, but there is only so much that you can pay for these amenities. Added to the fact that the quality of the complex is headed downhill (there have been several security issues of late), I wouldn't recommend this place.
