This used to be a great place to live. Now a days it rates as an absolutely don't rent.

There have been break ins into the storage lockers, and cars.

The new property management- Prometheus is terrible. The staff is condescending and rude. They ignore the tenants and do not seem to want to do any work.
The new management has stopped automatic rent payments so the tenants have go to the office to drop the check. But the problem is on weekdays no one knows what time they open the office.No times are posted. I have gone at 9:45 am twice and the door was firmly shut.
But if you are a potential tenant they will be extra sweet to you. Beware!



After the new management came in a month or so ago, maintenance has gone down the tubes. Most of the maintenance staff have either been fired or have moved on. Maintenance requests can go weeks before being attended to.

The walls and ceilings are thin. So expect a noisy apartment.

To add insult to injury , I just received a renewal notice and my rent has gone up through the roof.

On the positive side, the location is great but now a new hospital has opened up next door and traffic has gone up.
