The new management is MONEY HUNGER, NOTHING ELSE - incredible

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
After they changed the new management, things are becoming worse and worse:
First, they don't have the auto payment option anymore, we have to go through a credit company, which charges $16 fee for each month;
Second, they increae the rent by more than 10%, and seperate the water, garbage, which were included in the rent before, that means anther $50-70 more per month;
Third, the most funny thing is that they start to charge rental insurance for tenants, we are not business, we have never heard of this at any other residential places.
Don't even mention they close the exercise room much earlier than before, nobody showed up after service all....
New management, please read!! Why can't you think about how to increase your service, not only deadly grab our money' I know a lot of tenants are planning to leave, even your own staff, can't get free accommodation any more! Wish you will be replaced by a more human management soon!
