Never Ever live in this apartment live homeless but please plzz plzz dont live here please listen to 1000's of review and dont make mistake, the worst rating in the history of any apartment in entire USA.

1 There is constant theft in this apartment my stereo, registration sticker, No plate, bi-cycle is been stolen. from my own parkig lot and its on rise and management dont give a damm about safety. There is more theft in 2008 then ever in this apartment I called mountainview police they said We have heard more complain from this apartment.

2 It looks little cheaper compare to other in area but dont forget light, trash, water, etc etc is extra and it could be upto 100 $ a month, you can get much safer and quite place

3 Management is the worst look at other 1000 review and you will know how terrible they are, The most unprofessional, rude, egoistic people i have ever seen.People are so upset that look at some of court, and small claim settlements.Copy paste

4 Location is good but dont forget hospital ,It takes 10 minute just to get out of this traffic light, because of hospital there is 50 time more traffic in the morning,
5 They charge you $ 35 in emergency to let you go in your own apartment.
6 The paint as other apartment can cause cancer, so if you have small kids dont even bother to look,
7 Look on craigs list you will find better place with same amount of money , which will be more safer than this.
8 If you looking for safe, quite, Crime free, apartment dont even consider this as option.

I'm up for this as well as going to the BBB and the City of Mountain View to request a ballot initiative on rent control. Because I didn't sign a lease after the new management came in, my rent went up 88% and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Such a pity because it was much better years ago.

Mountain View rents have gotten to ridiculous proportions lately-especially at Avalon at Creekside. We've lived here for years with nary an improvement done yet our rent has been raised over $200 per month over the last 13 months. My husband is the sole provider as I'm physically unable to work. Believe me, Avalon at Creekside has no compassion for it's disabled residents. Apparently they're trying to get rid of us now by raising our rent each year. The only improvements that have been done on the place are the ones I've been able to do myself when I can manage. If you'd like to live in a place with no grout around the shower, no pest control, broken water spigots, drains that back up constantly, failing appliances, rude management and have your rent raised every year for the privledge, then Avalon at Creekside is the place for you! Thanks for being great residents (they're slogan) and not making us keep our promises. Rent control in Mountain View now!

Collect the evidences and find a good attorney. Lanlord has the responsibility to keep the apartments under California health and safety code. Discrimination is a violation too - damage can be huge if you can prove the case!
