I live on the first floor and can not only hear my neighbors having sex, but I can hear them walk ALL OF THE TIME!!!

I moved here the exact day that the new staff took over and after I signed the lease and they gave me the keys... I went directly to my NEW apartment to start moving in boxes and I came "home" to an apartment with the stove in the middle of the living room, filth all over the place... including VERY dirty carpets as well as everything else inside of the apartment. I had never experienced anything like it in my life. It took two weeks to get it to a normal living standard and I had to live in the mess the entire time.

In those two weeks that it was being worked out, I had TWO unannounced maintenance workers come in to the apartment without notice or permission. And at one of those times, I was just getting out of the shower. I wish that I was joking or even making this up... but it's true. I got one short lived apology from a maintenance supervisor. But other than that, I was just another number to them. This seems like just a wanna be corporate apartment complex, with dreams that it will never see.


The only things that are good about the complex are that there is plenty of parking and they have upgraded units that look brand new.
