I have heard all the stories, but I really think they are old news. I know there was a different management company here before, and has somewhat recently been changed. Let me tell you- The office staff is 5 stars- completely professional and friendly, and all the maintenance people are so nice. The grounds are always clean and EveryThing Works!!! and they gave me everything they promised. I am so happy here, and plan on living here a long long time. I Love it Here!!! Thank You.

Oh, you don't believe that person, do you? That's someone from the office staff, trying to pose as a resident and boost the overall ratings for this abysmally-run apartment community.

I don't think it's that bad here. The apartment I'm in is nice enough for what is paid in this overpriced area of housing called Mountain View. The staff in the leasing office is certainly nice enough. They seem to care about my needs. Maintenance can be a bit slow. But on the whole, the grounds look nice, the pond's great, and hopefully after the renovation, things will be more improved.

The grounds were much nicer, with more trees and grass. Now, instead of grass on the side near the clinic, there is just a lot of redwood sawdust, chips and some mulch. There has been no replacement of trees that were culled; just stumps or a cover of sod where the tree was. Part of the renovation was to mercilessly chop down a flowering camellia tree that for years had graced the front of the clubhouse near the office.
