This apartment has the following benefits:
1. Great location : hospital on one side and Lucky shopping center on another
2. Good gym: was better than other apts.. although could use some sprucing especially the layers of dust on both the pool tables
3. Fine artificial lake with amazing ducks and large fishes.
4. Friendly and nice management
5. Get called when your package/s are waiting for pick-up at main office
Cons
----
1. Zero or No service, all you get is a note in your apt that "work" was completed
2. Bad swimming pool; heated alright, but no shower accessible.

If you want a good location and don't care about service. This is the right place.

Have you looked by the gate across from the building? There is a shower.

Yeah right! have you ever tried showering in ice-cold water.. I did.
