maybe a good place but not with this management

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
this is an old place .the screens ,windows,cabinets and some other stuff are old and broken .no pets no barbecues on balcoy.tv wont work with unint antenna.
in three years.I would say workout area and suna was usefull maybe overall a year
on this period of the time.
management is horrible.not even responsible for the mail room
they wont even sign your registered mail while you are not at home
at the end of each year ,or even 6 month agreement the rent jumpup between $100-$140
the area is nice, some units have nice view and having AC is nice too.
but overall ,if you have any better choices dont even think about this place.
