Everything needs repairs. This place is a rip off.

Ever since we moved here last year everything has broken down: the toilet, the patio doors, the kitchen sink, the shared washing machine. The club house has been under renovation over 6 months, the heat in the outdoor pool was shut off for several months, and turned back on a month after they said it would be back on, the steam room has never worked, the air conditioning in the fitness room has been shut off a few times, and now the cable is cut off in the fitness room. What the other reviewer said about having to purchase rental insurance and pay for water, hot water, and garbage is true. Our water bill is pretty expensive each month and there is no water meter, so each bill is calculated by an estimate.I'm sure we are getting ripped off. Also the garbage chute is in the same room as the washer/dryer - that's gross. The buildings are old and the cabinets are unattractive.

Construction takes time. They have worked really hard to improve things and deserve a thank you instead of all of the negativity

The construction was not necessary. The leasing office was just fine. There was no need for a movie theatre. The money should have been used to fix the holes in the stairways, repaint the walls and replace carpeting. Have workable washers and dryers on all floors. In other words, make the living space more liveable.

COnstruction is a trap for new customers. Its like advertising for heaven and then taking you straight to hell.
