I would say this place is fairly nice. The apartments are maintained well. The management takes excellent care and is quick to respond when something breaks. The grounds are beautiful. However, the walls are paper thin. You can clearly here your neighbors conversations and the train is extremely loud. Also there really are no extras offered like AC or dishwasher and for that I think the renting price is a bit too high.
