I second that the $300 rent increase SUCKS! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I've been living here for 2 years. Last year the rent increase was $30. This year it's $300. Seems very stupid to increase rent so much sparking a complete turnover in tenancy. If you rent here, don't plan on staying.
