	I've been living here for 2 years. Last year the rent increase was $30. This year it's $300. Seems very stupid to increase rent so much sparking a complete turnover in tenancy. If you rent here, don't plan on staying.

	After your first year, when your lease expires, the rent increase by 25%. You pay also for water, garabge, ..... .It runs around $95 extra per month.
