Poor management

Safety:Gated community but not locked quite often;
Building itself is good except the appliance is getting old, so many of them needs being replaced;
Poor management:it will take a week to get the bulb replaced. Guess how long it will take to replace a refrigerator' The apartment manager Roxane seldom answers the phone and she never calls back even if you leave a message. I would enjoy to live here a longer time if Roxane was not the apartment manager-yelling to the residents!!!

Cannot agree with you more! The building is fine, still a not bad place to live in, but the manager, Roxane, is horrible.
