I have moved in this complex a couple of months ago and I am very happy with it.
It offers month-to-month lease.
Also it pays all your utilities, plus there is a basic cable included for free.
The studio apartment is spacious and the floor plan is very convenient. It has a huge closet and bathroom space.
The complex is very quiet. Very nice tenant service.
Close to all major freeways and shopping.
Nice, clean swimming pool and a tiny gym area.
Oh, and a beautiful landscaping.
I have previously lived in the house with a backyard, and this greenery does help to rest your eyes on.
Overall, I recomend it, but it is pricey.
