We only live here because they accept pets and it's a convenient location.

When we first moved in things were ok. We had old appliances and carpet, but everything worked. There have been updates. We've gotten new copper pipes and a low water usage toilet. But once Robert Schwartzer became our landlord, NOTHING got done. We were blessed with a rent increase, but nothing in return. I had to beg for a stove. The one I had was original to the apt (built in the 1970's.) It was so bad I couldn't boil water. I still have the original dishwasher that was installed when the place was built. I requested that my balcony be fixed for almost a year. By the time someone came out, the balcony was so rotten that almost the whole thing had to be replaced. It took them almost three months to do it. That whole time I had a huge hole in my balcony with only a "caution" tape to protect my family. Plus for the first month the old boards from my balcony laid on the ground with the nails sticking up! We've just received another 20% increase in our rent. We're moving as soon as we can find an acceptable place. There is a new landlord, but We've had enough. I reccommend moving here as a last resort. Our new neighbor is paying over $1900/mo for the same thing we've got. AND he was only offered a 6 month lease. Also, we've had our cars broken into and/or vandalized 3 times.
