Avoid it if all possible, unless you have large dogs that's < 20 lbs

The biggest problem is poor management of the facility. The apartments were built almost 30 years ago. Still had the old style appliances, old eletric stove that can't be cleaned and disk washer that is noisy but doesn't always work.
The last manager Robert was really unresponsive to request of repairs and complaints of noise. There were some foreign students living nearby and they generated loud noise even 3am. The property manager, Robert, ignored numerous complaints even after the police was called several times. Eventually most of the neighbors moved out in anger.
Although the lease agreement permits only small pets under 20 lbs but I can see large dogs running around almost everyday. I guess some people can't read the scale.
There's a new manager now and she's much better than Robert. I finally was able to get the dishwasher replaced.
I was paying just under $1200 for an one bedroom apartment in 1997 and that has increased to almost $1800. The biggest increase of 20% came last year and it was increased again this year. No wonder they are having trouble keeping tenants.
