I lived here for a year. The rent is sky high. They raise the price unethically just because there was a housing shortage at the time. $500 increase on a 1-bd apartment within 2 weeks! The apartment was very dirty when I moved in, and when I left, they kept all my deposit and charged me more!





Many of my neighbors whom I made friends with also had the same thing happen to them. The practices of the company/management that runs this apartment complex is questionable. They are a big corporation who don?t really care about the people living there.





My car was also broken into and vandalized within the 1st 2 weeks of living here!





Do not sign a lease at this place!
