i love it here!
the manager is so sweet! The upgrades dont bother me since the property is looking beautiful!!! I love it even more. I feel like I am getting my moneys worth. i also love my ac and washer and dryer.

I was a tenant for 7 years I am sure that if I was a "Bad Tenant" that I wouldn't have been there for so long. Enjoy your over priced, undersized apartment. I was there before the upgrades and yes the apartments I am sure look great but when you continually request, in writing, to have repairs and nothing and then break your neck maybe you might think otherwise. Also, was I a "Bad Tenant" because my oven caught fire due to faulty wiring, NO, was I a "Bad Tenant" which caused my truck to be broken into and end up with $3000.00 in damages. I was there with an impeckible record on rental history, no complaints, and worked hard while putting someone through college. So before you go calling us "Bad Tenants" you might want to think about that..........

Yeah, go fly a kite. It sounds to me like someone put you up to it, and or you ARE a Prometheus employee. Tenants are being evicted for NO reason. They are not renewing leases of tenants that have been there for years for NO reason. No reason is documented but GREED. They don't do things by the book, they didn't have a permit to work on Saturdays, then tried to play it off like they were "all caught up" after they got caught by the city. The place looks like !@#$, it was a waste of money. Dealing with the noise for 2 straight months with no re-reimbursement and in the end getting evicted over making maintenance related complaints is ILLEGAL. The manager is VERY nice, it's her boss which is a friggen to bit SNATCH that doesn't know what she is doing. Sooner or later it will catch up to Prometheus and Heatherstone with the way they are treating people... I am paying $500 less a month with a full time washer and dryer (not a piddly a$$ 1/2 load crap), and an Air Conditioner (which our apartment DID NOT HAVE at $2200 a month). This is a BAD place to live... Period, you cannot trust the upper management. The manager of the apartment has NOTHING to do with management, she is ADMIN, thats it, she makes NO decisions for that place.
