Well-maintained units, very good manager

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Stayed there for a couple of years (2003-2005). Apartment looks old from the outside, but the interior is actually quite nice and very clean. Manager (Clarence) is such a nice guy, very considerate and gets everything done promptly. Security was never a problem. Good tenant mix.
If you're looking for a classy place to stay, look elsewhere. But if you're looking for good value, this is it.
