As another reviewer said, the manager of this apartment building, Clarence, is both courteous and efficient. On both occasions when I had to write a note to him about some minor repair, it was taken care of the next day. The grounds are well kept, the tenants are nice, and security is fine. The downtown shopping/restaurant district, Castro Street, is a fifteen minute walk away; a Safeway is also just a few blocks away.

I am paying $735 for a good-sized studio apartment, which I am very happy with. Overall, I think this apartment complex is a very good value.
