If you're looking for a studio that's clean and friendly then this is the right place. Nothing fancy. Storage and closet space is definitely inadequate so you'll have to be creative with your stuff. And the people that live there are actually friendly. Quite a shock after living in Cali for 6 years and moving 4 times, which is typical for Bay Area living. You'll get one assigned spot, but street parking is not a problem. Even though they allow pets, the apartment is very quiet. I really did enjoy living there. I only wish I would have found the place sooner instead of wasting my money on an overpriced 1 bedroom.
