Great location close to parks, restaurants, public transportation and a huge variety of markets.
The staff always returned my calls and emails ASAP with courtesy.
Maintenance is in the location which makes it easy if you have to fix something.
They take good care of the garden and swimming pool.

The maintenance guy did a good job. He is quite responsible. But this may be the only positive point here. The poor construction, terrible noise, ... I am so surprised there is someone rating it 5 star! OMG!
