I dont agree with previous comment. It muct have been put by the management itself ;-) The construction, layout is very much medicre.It is no better than a wearhouse converted into apartment complex. But, it has superb views of the adjacent park and foothills. The is the only big plus of this complex. the manager duo (husband/wife) appear racist and arrogant. Very poor fixtures and thin walls.
