I am planning on leaving soon, and after putting down first and last plus pet and regular deposit, I am pretty scared about getting it back.
I moved in at $895, EXACTLY 6 months later, the rent jumped to $980.
On the positive side, I don't have any trouble getting things fixed in the apartment, which is good.
Otherwise, the place is adequate, but not nice. The children run wild, but that happens in most places I suppose. If my neighbor is on the phone upstairs, it sounds like he is in my bedroom with me.
The laundry room is dirty, depressing, expensive and inefficient. The parking spaces are so tiny I banged up my car quite a bit.
I wouldn't rent here knowing what I know now.
