Nice location but old and not maintained

The proximity to the downtown is nice and Reeta, the manager, was always nice. She also gave back most of the deposit which is rare in this area.
However, the units are too old, not well maintained and roach infested. There are only 2 washer/dryer per building and they are always occuppied. The parking spaces are rediclousily small. The rent went up $100 every 5-6 months which means after a year or 2, would be paying the same for this place as for a new or renovated unit with more amenities.
