I've lived here several years & even though the apts are older, they are so close to everything I need. I can walk to Safeway, Jack in the Box & downtown Farmer's Market. I know I could get something newer, but then I'd have to pay a lot more & I'd rather save my money. The managers have been really nice. Anytime I've needed maintenance it gets done quickly.
