Generally a good place to live - I have lived in Oakwood Apartment (1-bedroom unfurnished) for 1 year. Pros: 1. Professional service. Not super bad, but very noisy. Quite old building but pretty good maintained. Thin walls so you could hear everything that is goes around you. No conditioner so you need to keep windows open during hot summer days - and you could hear all noise from ElMonte ave/ElCamino.
