Worst Apartment ever You will get better apartments for same price within 5 miles for sure.
Manager is very Rude.. also does not replace any appliances for new tenants.
Lot of problems with pipes..heaters do not work well during winter.

Not super bad, but very noisy. Quite old building but pretty good maintained. Thin walls so you could hear everything that is goes around you. No conditioner so you need to keep windows open during hot summer days - and you could hear all noise from ElMonte ave/ElCamino.
