Eagle Glen

 

I've lived in some bad neighborhoods like on Ammunition Road in Fallbrook but the worst stuff happened while I lived in this supposedly 'safe' place.

My girlfriend and I lived here and we had two cars broken into.

We told the staff that there was theft going on but they didn't really seem to care and basically told us 'tough luck'.

Then a few weeks later my car was stolen.

When we moved out they made us pay a full months rent in addition to our last month because they had no record of our notice of vacating.

When confronted they threatened us with legal action immediately.

The management staff are greedy fools and the people beneath them are mostly clueless.

It seems that people who want to steal/break into cars cruise Eagle Glen fairly often.

If you want the internet when you live here, don't listen to them when they say they have built in DSL.

Its slower than dial up and HIGHLY unreliable.

A lot of the apartments are right next to the ALWAYS BUSY WInchester road and noise was constant.

Finally its a very pricey place to live.

There are way better deals out there.
