I would agree with most of the reviews. The staff is horrible and clueless. (Mike is the exception). They constantly have work being done where they will need to enter your property, normally with very poor notice, which lead us to have to find a dog sitter in a scramble. With that they wont let you know that the work is finished or when it is suppose to be finished, leading to more dog sitting days than needed. The price is too expensive, they really nail you on water, trash, and sewer not to mention the rent and dog rent. ($90 a month to have our pets live with us). We moved into a larger rental home and still pay less for the combination of water/trash/sewer. We were also awaken numerous nights while drunks where trying to enter our property because they didn't realize which building they lived in...(more than 12 different nights).I would never rent here again. The location is hard to enter and exit out of. Over all I was happy to pay the break lease to move out!!!!

This place IS a joke...If you want to throw your money away, then it is the place for you. If you want the people at the office to treat you like crap, and have them treat you like a kid, then this is the place for you....STAY CLEAR from this place...It is a SCAM! The ENTIRE staff is brainwashed and will scam you with their fake help and comments. They need to go sell used cars, or better yet go to school and get an education losers.
