Unhappy with Experience

I was unhappy with my experience because the manager was rude and did not treat me as a resident.

She instead made my experience difficult and unpleasant.

I felt at one point she went out of her way to make me feel inadequate.

I would not recommend living at these apartments.

Be careful not to be fooled by the outside appearance.

Find a living place that has management that will address your concerns, not ignore them.

They also said they would fix something in my apartment before I moved.

It still was not fixed the day I moved out.

I have know the manager 6 years and have lived at another community that she has managed. She's an excellent manager! Her leasing team & maintenance team would definately say "She's a great manager as well as caring and accomodating to them and to all the residents.

Funny...even the maintenance man here says he has to go through issues with the manager and tenants all the time....she is the worst manager and I would not recommend ANYONE have to deal with her ever....STAY AWAY!! Do not spend your hard earned dollars at this place..

Agian, an anonymous reviewer who does not know how to write correctly... you have know the manager???? I think you mean known. Where are the quotation marks at the end of the final sentence? The manager often makes mikstakes , like giving me another person's contract, and says, "I am human!" Could this be her?

The property manager is worthless. Acts arrogant, yet, has no qualities to back up an ideal residential community. A simple maintenance request, or, request to honor a move in promotion as promised makes her go crazy. Perhaps the company that owns the property needs to be made aware of this.
