Me and my girlfriend have lived here 6 months. As far as the community, ammenities, and safety, it is great. However the manager at this property has serious issues with assisting the people living here. She always made it seem like what we asked for was stupid. She got upset at us once for asking to turn the temp down in the workout room, she said she didn't think it was hot, mind she is not working out!! She questions everything you ask for. Whoever hired her must have felt bad for her because she needs some serious training in customer service.

We are planning to move out due to job relocation, so READ THE CONTRACT!! These people are crooks! We have to pay over $3000 just to get out of here after living here 6 months. The ignorant manager even told us we could not turn a notice in more than 30 days, but 30 days exactly. How funny, "at least" means no less than 30 days. She said if we turned in more than 30 days she might lose it, sounds like a responsibility issue huh' She also told my girlfriend that she was just mad to have to pay the 000 because we had to leave. Are you kidding me' She then went on to say that she was personally hired ny the owners of the community so she is not worried to lose her job.

If you want to live at a place that treats you like crap, this is the place to live. There are other comments about her being great, so that just shows that she goes out of her way to make certain tenants feel bad which is a major problem. It is a shame because everything else about this community is awesome including the rest of the staff.

Sounds like you didn't read your contract. Did they give you a copy? Of course there are fees to be paid when you break a contract I'm sure that you'll find that anywhere you go.

We did read the contract and did have a copy of it. In the end we were told by the manager that some things in the contract can be gray and viewed differently....funny...in the legal world contracts are black and white, not gray....this manager will not survive in the legal world. Regardless we paid all the fees exactly on time, and the manager is still an infantile and incompetent. I am sure there is a discrimination issue here. We will let the judge decide.

Funny how the first response is anonymous.... I have had the exact same experience with the manager... She probably wrote the first response herself.

I experienced the same un-professionalism from the property manager. Ask a simple question regarding maintenance, resident safety or something contributing to advanced quality of living, and she will become ferocious. Definitely acts and conducts herself in a third world deportment. Hence, animals and even people urinate and crap under the stairwells, traffic noise is excessive, maintenance is unable to conduct basic repairs. Simply, this place is poorly managed, yet, the property management has no idea that their standards have quality residents moving out and many selecting other properties for their residence.
