The staff sugar coats everything when you walk in the door and sign the lease...
they say stuff like, we will give you touch up paint to cover up nail holes when you move out, but that all is answered with "I never said that".
Also, the contract states that you will be charged for things like the carpet for anything over normal wear and tear, but the manager says "Everyone gets charged the $65 dollars when they move out, you can interpret the contract however you like." They also don't follow through with the anything on the Resident Creed about you being numero uno!!! You may as well say goodbye to your security deposit if you decide to rent.
If you are smart, you will not rent here and stay away from the hassle of a clueless property manager.

Instead of J & M Realty, they should be renamed B & M Realty. This would paint a more realistic picture of the Apartment Managers they select.

Any contact numbers for the owners? The staff here is just soo bad they have to know and be told repeatedly. Class action lawsuit anyone?

They refused to give me a contact number when the exact same situation as above occurred. Something seriously needs to be done.
