why do you assume that every positive review is written by management' don't you think that people might actually like living here' If everyone were as angry as most of the people here this place would be empty. I work in customer service and trust me you can't please everyone, I've lived here a few months and haven't had any problems of course there are move out costs if not you wouldn't have to pay a deposit. you do have to pay for what you destroy, and wouldn't you want your apartment cleaned before you move into it' thought so.

I agree. I posted a positive response to these apartments too. I dont live there anymore because I moved, but if I was still in Murrieta, I would definitely be living there. Great place, great people, great location. These whiners just need to get over it.

If there are so many inconsistencies with this manager, then it is just too obvious that it is discrimination. A few weeks will tell.

How funny it is that all of the "save all" remarks are from anonymous users! I hate this place so much, I am putting my name on the comments I have made. I am not afraid of my true identity being known because I am telling the truth. All of the anonymous people have something to hide! Also, how educated are the anonymous people that can't even write correctly. Yourself is one word, and people's experiences needs an apostrophe!

"Of course you have to pay for what you destroy"? Who destroys their apartment, does that include only walking on the carpet with brand new slippers after taking off shoes and leaving them by the door?(we did this and were still charged double for carpet cleaning because of "deep soil") This sounds like management trying to pad their rating the way they pad move out costs to me. I love that you can have something in writing, signed by them and they will deny it. Karma baby

i CANT WAIT TILL YOU MOVE OUT...I HAVE PHOTOS SHOWING MY APARTMENT WAS NEARLY SPOTLESS, YES NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR IS EXPECTED, BUT JUST WAIT TILL YOU SPEND DAYS CLEANING IT AND PAINTING IT AND THEY STILL WILL TAKE MOST OF YOUR DEPOSIT...YOUR MISERY IS COMING, I DONT CARE HOW GREAT YOU THINK IT IS, JUST WAIT TILL YOU TRY TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, SPOTLESS APARTMENT OR NOT...GOOD LUCK....
