They say gated community, yeah two gates for automobile traffic but anybody can walk onto the property and rob you blind.

Staff will really pad your move out costs so be prepared to pay even more than your security deposit, pool is not heated, bbq's are filthy, parking is so close expect some door dings, office closes whenever they feel like it without notice, and very fast drivers in parking area(I know that is not the apartments fault).
Overall I would say this place is not worth the price, too much headache, staff is lousy, and electric gate is always broken or just left open.

Please contact the better business bureau bbb dot com to lodge complaints, if someone could post the apartment complex owners number it might help get a new office staff in there.

Also interested in class action.

Very true comments. I just moved out. They padded my move out costs a ton. They charge you over $75 for cleaning, no matter if you have it professionally cleaned before you go. The person who does the "cleaning" lives in the apartments and they always pay her for a set number of hours, no matter what. Karin the manager, robbed me blind for putting in brand new carpets but mine were very very clean. Yep, they do close the office a lot without notice cause the girls in the office live there too, then they make you feel like YOU were the problem for asking why the office was locked during biz hours, especially when there's more than one office girl on duty.
