Not the worst apartment I have ever lived at, but definitely not the best. My one beef is the theft of my deposit money. I left the place in better shape than I found it (cleanliness wise) and they took my money with a bunch of b.s. charges.

HMMM... see a trend? Deposit money consumed by B.S. charges and an office manager who should be one of the numbers added to the unemployment rate!

as a prior resident with all our deposit money taken and then assessed a payment amount for what would be considered in most places, normal wear and tear - this place can bite you when you leave - big time...

you nailed it...dont plan on getting much if ANY of your deposit back..I cleaned the hell out of my apartment, filled all nail holes and used their paint,photos to prove it, yet they will find a reason to CONSUME and STEAL your security deposit from you...IF YOU ARE A CURRENT RESIDENT OF EAGLE GLEN APARTMENTS, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND EFFORT AND JUST GET THE HELL OUT...LEAVE BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW CLEAN YOU LEAVE IT THOSE UPIITY WOMEN IN THE OFFICE WILL FIND A REASON TO SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT!!!!
