Ripped Me Off On Deposit Money

I cleaned the apartment top to bottom before I moved out, including shampooing the carpets.
When I called for my deposit money they stated that the apartment was left dirty with stains on the carpet.
I could not believe how shady and dishonest the employees of Eagle Glen were.
I would not recommend this community to anyone!

iF YOU PLAN ON MOVING INTO EAGLE GLEN APARTMENTS DONT PLAN ON GETTING MUCH OF YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, AND DEFINATELY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CLEANING IT AND PAINTING IT. THEY WILL FIND A REASON TO CONSUME YOUR DEPOSIT, MOST OF IT THATS FOR DAMN SURE...I SAY HELL NO TO EAGLE GLEN....LOOK ELSEWHERE

You can call this number and they will help you its landord tenant issues i talked to the city of Murrieta 1-800-655-1812 my brother was renting from them and he wanted to break his lease because of the fondation is cracked from the front door to the kitchen he was in a 1 bedroom he couldnt even have his daughter there he was afraid that it would break threw, they knew about the floor being like this for 6 months and did not do anything about it! he told them he wanted to move because he didnt feel safe and they didnt care what kind of company does that. I am so sad that everyone has had to deal with a company like that, i am thankful that i havent had to yet but remember paper trail is the best trail if you have to go to court you have it!
