For the money, it's one of the cheaper apartment complexes in the area. Great if you need to save money for a bit.
My one BIG suggestion is to meet your neighbors BEFORE agreeing to lease the apartment. We didn't and got stuck near to young, party 2-out-of-3 weekend, guys...but the other nearby tenants were great and would've told us if we'd stopped to ask. Oh well, live & learn...
