THEY DID GET NEW SECURITY AND THE NEW COMPANY IS GREAT! I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN IN THE OFFICE, AND THE NEW MANAGER HAS BEEN MAKING SOME CHANGES. THEY ARE REPAINTING, AND PUTTING UP A GATE. CRIME CAN HAPPEN EVERYWHERE, EVEN THE SUBURBS! THE OFFICE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND WILL HELP YOU IN ANY WAY. I LOVE IT!!!!!!

I have lived here for over a year and have not seen signs of a gate going up any time soon. they told me that when I first moved in and that it would be done by the end of 2005. I still dont see it.

This is a scam post. This person posted all 5's on this apartment comples AND on Acacia Park Apartments in Temecula. City codes, the cost, and having to raise rents too much could be why they didn't put up the gate! But they did do a lot of other improvements. But it seems some people don't see the good things that happen in life.
