I am a relative of a current tennant whos visit has prompted me to submit this post. The city of Riverside recently came in and closed the spa and pools(they have done this several times because unsafe conditions) Rancho Las Brisas a Aspen Square managed business failed to take proper measure to close these facilities leaving me and family with ruined jewellery. ----------- Property Manager for this location indicated to me that there was proper signage and locks to prevent people from using the facilities. This is not the case and when I explained this to her she refused to except the facts. I have on 3 different occations tired to remedy this unfortunate event and every time----------- a employee of Aspen Square Management refuses to do what is right. My last meeting with her I explained that this is not my fault and she said "oh well lifes a -----" This is not right and people should no.

I agree with you, the place sucks. The management doesn't care about anything except filling their quota and $$$.

If you knew the whole situation you would realize this guy was only out to scam. I witnessed this event. The guy was disrespectful and not even a resident. That quote is incorrect. What she said was she could not do anymor for him and somtimes life is tuff. There were signs posted. And it was residents or guests that put something in the water that caused it to be shut down in the first place. Not to mention, why would you wear cheap jewelry into a hot tub! Besides the landlord is not responsible for personal property damage. That is standard anywhere you rent. The people working there were doing their jobs to the best of thier abilities. Believe me they do not get paid enough to deal with the crap they deal with on a regular basis. They actually did care.
