I am a current resident that had a friend that was looking for an apartment tell me about this site. I have lived here long enough to see a few people change in the office. The girls that are there now have their stuff together! They have truly cleaned this place up! The only things i wish is the parents around here watched their kids and people with pets would pick up after them. When I first moved in I was a bit disappointed but since August it has been a whole new world around here.

I am a current resident also, and have seen alot of changes since I first moved here, but this place still needs alot of work. The dog containers are a waste of space, more then half the people never use them. There is a leash law in the city not just the apartments but still people let their pets run free, and the staff does nothing, as usual. I have had dogs run up to me and it scares me, people don't care. As for safe, not here. I refuse to go out at night alone, with the kind of people that hang around the play areas and parking lots, where is the security, not ever in sight.

I agree with you. I have yet to see the security. I come and go at any hour and from 5:00 PM through 1AM I have never seen one security guard. I think I have seen more Murrieta Cop cars in the complex than security guards. People need to pick up after their pets, it is ridiculous how bad it smells after the sprinklers go off.

I was a friend of one of the ladies that used to work in the office. She only let because th property was sold. Believe it or not the staff at a apartment complex can call and infraction people until they are blue in the face and it does not effect free will. In the end people will do what they want or don't want. And it is hard to evict people in California. And all apartments have COURTESY PATROL not security. And they do not sit around a community all night. They patrol a few RANDOM times a night. So you may not see them. But they provide other services that ensure they are there every night. The people in apartment offices work very hard but they are human just as the residents are. It takes a good office staff as well as residents that respect their home to make a good community.
