This place is horrible. They made me pay for a gate before the city approved it, i found out that even after I move which is very soon, I can not get the money back from the illegal gate they built and made the residents pay for it. The gate does not work, it is meant to keep people out, but the outside gates are propped open, so anyone can get in at any time.
The maintenece men also ask me if I know where to score, they hit on me and make me feel very uncomfortable. The main one,Mike, is a convict and I'm sure they all are.
The front desk lady Caroline or Carolina, yelled at me the second I called to complain about the constant noise going on around here that disrupts my sleep. I work late at night and should be sleeping during the day, but Nope, NOT AT THIS PALCE!!! I can never sleep. I take sleeping pills just to sleep every night. If it's not loud construction noises it's the moise of the horrible illegal immigrants that live 20 to an apartment here, and for some reason that is allowed. If it's not the moise I stay awake in fear of someone breaking in. The place is infested with crime and drug dealing. Oh yeah, also a bunch of shoesless children running around and vandalizing my cars.
I live alone in a one bedroom, It's cute, but I pay and arm and a leg, (not to mention all the surprise fees you must pay) and I can't get any respect or consideration.
My gas range is older than I am, and the day I moved in they told em they would order me a new one, but when I called today,(8 weeks later, they said it would take 3-4 weeks) they said they ordered it yesterday. Carolina also started to raise her voice at me before I even had a chance to voice my opinion.
To sum things up, I would never wish for anyone to live in this slum hole.
If you can handle crime, trash all over the place, illegal immigrants living 20 to an apartment, uncared for dirty children running around, convicts as your supers, raging angry front desk lady's, a pool that's always closed, high rent rates, extra hidden fees that you must pay or ruin your credit, drug trade goin o n outside your window, and all the other horendous things this complex can offer you, then by all means, join the Rancho Los Brisas Community.
I hate this place. Run fast!!!!

we couldnt agree more. i am willing to bet that she was also being overcharged every month. we were paying 400 more a month than the family of 5! that lived in a one bedroom below us. they also moved in their entire family around the complex and who knows if they pay anything. yes appliances are ancient. words cant describe how right this review is.
