If you're smart and doing research before you put a deposit down on one of these units-- good for you! If you're reading this after you discover you should never have become a tenant, you got suckered just like me. This place is bad news. Our apartment wasn't ready the day we moved in. We were assured that the work orders and repairs would be completed. They never were. And then it got worse. We were infested with cockroaches. I have never had cockroaches in my entire life. These things are living in the walls and come out from under the baseboards. It is disgusting. The staff are experts at lies and excuses. The management at this place is the worst anywhere in the county. Don't move here. Don't do it! It'll be the longest and most miserable year of your life.
