I got sucked in two years ago and I really regret breaking my other lease to move here. I wish I would of read these before I moved from my other apt to these. Now they are trying to tell us what we cannot and can have on our patios and balconies. This is pathetic, suppossedly doing some sort of remodling that they are doing. The remodling that they need to do is get rid of the drug dealers and gang members. They walk by our apartments staring into our windows like they are casing the place. I do not feel safe, and the management says to just leave our curtains closed. Maybe they can afford high electric bills, but during the day I like having my curtain open to save electricity. As a single mom everything helps, but I had to take my patio curtains down or they charge me a fine of $75. That is outrageous and I am just so sorry I moved here and now stuck because was in a middle of divorce and ex didn't stay in old apt and now that complex gave me an eviction. I just want to share how awful these apts really are. And nothing ever gets fixed, we pay water every month with rent and then last week got a disconnect notice from water company. So where is our money going' Good question.I guess I get what I pay for.

I also am stuck. there is nothing in my lease that says i cannot keep my bar b que out on the patio, now i have to pay a 75 dollar fine if i do so. what is the point of having a patio if you cannot keep anything on it. also office staff changes every month, nothing gets fixed, drug dealers rule the complex.
