I've honestly had no issues living here. The apartments are really nice and clearly weren't cheaply built. They have nice tiles, really nice carpet, crown moldings, etc etc. The leasing office staff may not be the brightest, but they are nice, and haven't only ever given us grief for being noisy in the garage. Tom is a good guy. My only complaint about the place would be the neighbors. Some are noisy and kinda trashy. One stole a used car battery hidden behind one of my vehicle's on the ground. Probably the same things could be said for any apartment complex in the IE. Maintenance is always extremely prompt if we call.
